It was another gorgeous wedding at the beautiful Bella Collina for Kailey and Tyler’s February wedding! The Tuscan backdrop of this picture perfect venue makes it a favorite among brides and wedding vendors alike. We always know it’s going to be a “bella giornata” at Bella Collina.
Kailey’s choice of wedding colors of navy blue and white gave us nautical vibes, which was perfect as it reflected her soon-to-be hubby Tyler’s position as a Petty Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard. Kailey’s bouquet was a stunning white and cream design, with pops of blue for a beachy- nautical feel. Open white and cream roses with white Ranunculus and white lissianthus blooms throughout. We added beautiful silver Brunia berry and seeded eucalyptus for texture, and then accented with blue thistle floral for the nautical touch.
Her bridesmaids wore beautiful floor length maxi dresses that were stylish and fun. We loved the soft, classic hair and makeup that the team from LeJeune Artistry created. For their bouquets, we started with a base of blue hydrangea blooms with open white roses, white lissianthus floral and with the blue thistle accented to compliment the bridal bouquet.
The men looked dapper in heather gray suits with navy ties to compliment the bridesmaids’ gowns. They wore complimenting pinned boutonnieres that included a white rose with blue thistle and dusty miller that paired perfectly with the ladies’ bouquets.
The ceremony was held at the beautiful Corpus Christi Catholic Church. When Kailey walked in the church on her father’s arm and Tyler saw her for the first time, it was the most sweetest and intimate moment. The ceremony floral stayed with the wedding color theme. With such a gorgeous church, the couple asked for two arrangements to be place on the alter, framing them during their vows and as they exchanged rings. Then, it was all sealed with a kiss!
Then, it was time to party!! The guests arrived at Bella Collina and were greeted with a beautiful reception under the stars! The marvelous Taylor from Blush by Brandee Gaar took the lead and made sure that all the details were all taken care of, while the talented William Arthur Photography captured every moment.
The reception tables framed the dance floor and were covered with crisp navy linens and highlighted with beautiful white chivairi chairs. We designed a combination of two wonderful floral settings placed throughout the reception. The first, tall glass bell vases topped off with lush bouquets of blue and white hydrangea blooms with cascading white orchids thought. Soft touches of Italian ruscus were added to soften the look. The second floral designs were wonderful white lanterns dressed out in beds of fresh complimenting white and blue floral to the taller floral with glass cylinder vases dressed out with blue sea glass and floating candles for the beachy- nautical touch.
Staying with the theme, the cake created by Party Flavors by Tiffany was simply perfect. We loved the wave and anchor details on their wedding cake!
Under the chandelier and lightening from GET LIT Productions, Kailey and Tyler shared a tender slow dance, and then, the team from Orlando DJ Group turned up the music and the party kicked off! As the sun set, the party was just starting. The newlyweds had a fantastic time dancing with their guests and we know it will be a night that everyone will remember!
